Mango Salsa
• 1 Mango, diced
• ¼ - 1/3 c. red onion, finely diced
• ¼ c. cilantro, chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine ingredients together and set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
